In addition to all that, the PCDL is excited to announce that Ben Downing is going to be speaking this year. Ben represented the westernmost district - 52 communities in 4 counties - in the Massachusetts Senate from 2006 to 2016. He is currently a vice president at Nexamp, a Massachusetts-based solar energy company, and an adjunct faculty member at Tufts University. Ben is working on how to make policy that addresses the needs of every community in our state - places like Plymouth County.
