The Meeting will consist of an in-depth slide show presentation and discussion on the issue of economic inequality and what can be done to address it. The focus will be on Raise Up Massachusetts (RUM), which is building strong coalitions and campaigns to win big victories on these issues.

Raise-Up Massachusetts (RUM) led the victorious campaigns to increase the Mass. minimum wage to $11 an hour an to win the right to paid sick days for Mass. workers.


Now, Raise-Up Massachusetts is working for:

1. Paid Family and Medical Leave
2. The Fair Share Tax Amendment ("Millionaires tax")
3. A $15/hour minimum wage
